Goomi can see how many apps you picked, never which ones. It doesn't read your Screen Time history.
Analytics is off unless you turn it on
Even then, it's a short, fixed list of events. Never your answers, notes or anything you type.

Notes and PDFs are read on your iPhone first. AI study only runs when you choose it, with providers that don't keep your text.
Delete it whenever you like

Is Goomi an app blocker?
Not really. Goomi isn't trying to cut your screen time. It turns the moments you reach for an app into short learning moments. The shield is a friendly nudge, not a lock you can't get past, and you can switch it off at any time.
Can Goomi see which apps I use?
No. When you choose apps, Apple's picker gives Goomi private tokens instead of app names. Goomi can see how many apps, categories and websites you picked, never which ones, and it never reads your Screen Time history.
How often does Goomi step in?
You choose. After a challenge your apps open for a usage budget of 3, 5 or 10 minutes of actual use, added up across the apps you picked. When it's used up, Goomi checks in again.
What happens to my notes and PDFs?
They're read on your iPhone first, and you can keep them there. If you choose AI study, the text goes to Goomi's server and to AI providers with zero-data-retention agreements. Removing the material deletes it from the server.
What do I need?
An iPhone. App moments use Apple's Screen Time and need iOS 17.4 or later.
Do I need an account?
No. Signing in with Apple or Google is optional. It lets your Goomi Plus subscription follow you to a new phone.
How does Goomi Plus work?
Goomi Plus is a monthly or yearly subscription through the App Store. It renews automatically until you cancel, which you can do anytime in your App Store account settings.
